Deelnemer aan Pakje Kunst.
Pakje Kunst is een initiatief waarbij lokale kunstenaars op een laagdrempelige manier onder de aandacht gebracht worden in de regio. Voor € 4,- trek je een pakje ter grootte van een pakje sigaretten uit de automaat, met daarin een uniek werkje. Voor de gelegenheid heb ik een serie van 20 kleine oesterschelpjes geschilderd. Ondertussen is een tweede serie verkrijgbaar. De automaat staat in Bibliotheek Kennemerwaard in Alkmaar.

Pakje Kunst is an initiative in which local artists are brought to the attention in an accessible way. You can pull a package from the machine for € 4,-. Each package contains a unique work of art, the size of a pack of cigarettes. I painted a series of 20 small oysters. Meanwhile, a second series is available. The machine is located in the library in Alkmaar.

Het juryrapport: ' Cynthia heeft een interessante compositie gemaakt met voldoende omgeving voor context maar tegelijk het subject duidelijk close in beeld. Het licht van het grote raam valt prachtig op het gezicht, en maakt dat de trekken in het gezicht en de pijlen heel mooi uitkomen. Top gedaan!'

The jury report: ' Cynthia has created an interesting composition with enough environment for context. At the same time the subject is clearly and close in the picture. The light from the large window hits the face beautifully. It's making the facial features and arrows stand out perfectly.

Photo Mode is een bijzondere optie in veel games, die spelers filters en andere cameramogelijkheden tot hun beschikking geven. De modus is een populaire functie die spelers in staat stelt even rust te nemen en te genieten van een wereld die zo zorgvuldig is samengesteld.
Museum Belvédère organiseerde een in-game fotowedstrijd om deze betrekkelijk nieuwe hobby te belichten.
